We conducted a careful analysis to identify the times when our customers require our services the most. Considering the light branch traffic on Saturdays and later hours in Shiocton, it isn’t advantageous to keep the branch open during those times.

In Greenville, Hortonville and New London, the lobby will close at 4:30 PM instead of 5:00 PM on Fridays and branches will be closed on Saturdays. Shiocton will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

We understand there may be instances where meetings are needed outside of regular branch hours. Our bankers and lenders are dedicated to accommodating this need and frequently make themselves available by appointment. Contact us to request a day and time.

• ATM: Access cash conveniently through Wolf River Community Bank ATMs or any accessible ATM.
• Night Depository: Utilize our secure Night Depository for hassle-free check or cash deposits, conveniently located near the drive-through window at any branch. Rest assured that funds deposited on Saturdays or evenings will be accessible on the next business day.
• Lost or Stolen Card: If you have our online banking or mobile app, you can turn off your debit card instantly through the Manage Cards menu. To report a lost or stolen card after business hours:
  • Debit: call the Wolf Line at 833-423-0341, option #4.
  • Credit: call Elan at 1-800-558-3424. (Elan is a national agency that provides credit card services.)
