🎁 Seasons Greetings! Here are our upcoming holiday hours.
This Agreement governs the receipt of your periodic account statements and notices for those accounts that you designate (“Designated Accounts”) through Wolf River Community Bank Online Banking. This Agreement is in addition to all other agreements you may have with Wolf River Community Bank.
Each account cycle you will receive an e-mail, at the e-mail address designated by you in the Wolf River Community Bank Online Banking system, notifying you of the date when the periodic E-statements or E-Notice for your designated accounts are available. These e-mails will be the only notice you receive about the availability of your E-statements or E-notices online other than alerts that may be sent to your Online Banking message box.
Viewing your E-statements or E-notices will require a valid User ID and password for the Wolf River Community Bank Online Banking system. After signing into Online Banking you will be provided access to your E-statements or E-notices through the Documents menu. Access to your E-statements or E-notices will be provided for the history of your account. You may make a copy of an E-statement or E-Notice for your records by printing it to a printer or downloading it to a storage device.
Any e-mail notifying you about the availability of an E-statement or E-notice is referred to as a “notice e-mail.” Delivery of some communications in electronic form does not require the bank to deliver all notices or all notices of a particular type electronically. A notice e-mail to one owner of a joint designated account is considered notice to all owners. Notice e-mails will be considered sufficient notice regardless of whether you actually access the notice, e-mail E-statement or the E-notice.
By selecting E-statements or E-notices in Online Banking, you will no longer receive paper statements or notices for your designated accounts by U.S. mail. In addition, you may receive related communications regarding E-statements or E-notices electronically and not in paper form. Related communication may be attached in an e-mail, contained in the text of an e-mail, contained within E-statement or E-notice or posted otherwise through Wolf River Community Bank Online Banking. You agree to notify the bank of any change in your consumer e-mail address or other contact information provided to the bank by contacting the bank at 309 E Main Street, Hortonville, WI 54944 or 920-779-7000.
Even after you consent, you may request paper copies of the E-statements or E-notices by contacting the bank at 309 E Main Street, Hortonville, WI 54944 or 920-779-7000. There will be a charge of $5 for the activity/statement printout.
You have the right to withdraw consent to electronic delivery of statements or notices at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by contacting the bank at 309 E Main Street, Hortonville, WI 54944 or 920-779-7000. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after the bank receives your notice of withdrawal. After your withdrawal of consent is effective, paper periodic statements and notices will be delivered to your postal mailing address. The withdrawal applies to E-statements or E-notices and not other categories of records.
