Mark your calendars for this very merry Winter Wonderland on the Wolf event scheduled on Friday, December 6th, 2024 right in the heart of downtown New London as the city transforms into a magical Winter Wonderland.
The New London Area Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to experience the magic of the season. Events include:
LIGHT UP NEW LONDON – Get your Christmas lights up before December 1st, 2024 and register your address to be added to the Light Up New London Map. Families will be able to download the map and tour the Christmas lights throughout the area. Registration will close November 30th to give the Chamber time to create the map. Find maps on their Facebook page or in the Tourism Center.
HOLIDAY HOP – Check out our Holiday Hop! Customers are encouraged to join in on holiday BINGO and visit local businesses and organizations who will host deals and activities.
WINTER WONDERLAND – Get lost in the Christmas displays featuring a twisting trail of holiday bliss, twinkling lights and Christmas trees. Listen to the Christmas carolers while sipping hot cocoa.
PARADE – The parade starts at 5 p.m. Line up will be in the Longevity Nutrition parking lot. The parade will start there on Pearl St. and turn left onto N. Water St. and then exit on Wisconsin St.
SANTA – Visit with Santa at Longevity Nutrition and grab a Santa Bag filled with goodies. Don’t forget to bring a letter for Santa if you wish and leave it in his Christmas mailbox. His elves have assured us that Santa will reply to every letter. Please include a return address.
REINDEER BOOGIE – After the parade if you don’t want to wait in line for Santa, walk across the lit Pearl St. bridge to join in the Reindeer Boogie at Familiar Grounds hosted by the Parks & Recreation Department.
LIVE FOOD DRIVE – During the parade, the New London ATV Club will be collecting nonperishable food items for the New London Community Cupboard.
