Do I need to do anything to prepare for the upgrade?
Yes! There are a few things to note as we prepare for this transition. Please take action on the items in red.
ESTATEMENTS: Current estatements will not be available in the new online banking system for 60-90 days. Upon login to online banking on or after Monday, September 18, 2023, you’ll need to accept the electronic delivery agreement to continue receiving eStatements.
DEBIT CARD: You should have received a new debit card prior to the upgrade. Activate and begin using your new debit card by calling 877-965-3344. Your old debit card no longer worked as of Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Remember to update any recurring payments attached to your debit card.
MOBILE APP: On Monday, September 18, 2023, Android users (Samsung & Google) will need to download the new mobile app from your phone or tablet’s app store. Then remove the old app. Apple users will be using the same app; you will just need to go to the App store and force an update.

How do I log in to the new online banking system?
When logging in to the new Online Banking or Mobile Banking for the first time on or after Monday, September 18, 2023, you will need to follow these steps:

Will the existing Wolf River Mobile Banking app still work after the update?
The existing Wolf River Mobile app will no longer work after Monday, September 18, 2023.
Android users (Samsung & Google) will need to download the new mobile app from your phone or tablet’s app store. Look for the new, light blue app icon featuring our wolf logo. Then remove the old app.
Apple users will be using the same app; you will just need to go to the App store and force an update.
Will Bill Pay information transfer to the new system?
The majority of your bill payment information, including payees and scheduled payments will be transferred to the new system.
The new Bill Pay system will default to pay bills from the account that most of your payments come out of. If you pay bills from multiple accounts, please login to verify and update your default payment accounts for each bill.
If you’ve previously received eBills, you’ll need to re-enroll as they will not transfer automatically.
Do I have to reset automatic transfers?
If you have any scheduled automatic transfers set up to move money between your accounts on a regular basis, those will be transferred to the new system.
Will my Account Alerts transfer to the new system?
Unfortunately, no. To set up Account Alerts, just click on the ‘Menu’ button, then ‘Manage Alerts’ to access the new alerts screen. Setup is quick and easy!
Will my account nicknames transfer to the new system?
If you prefer your accounts to be named with the new system, such as “John’s Checking” and “John’s Savings,” you will need to re-create the names. To change this, click the ‘Profile’ button, then ‘Rename Accounts’. You can also Reorder Accounts here.
Business Online Banking account nicknames WILL convert into the new system.
Will check images be available in the new system?
Check images will be available for all new transactions, but will not be visible for transactions that took place prior to the system change (anything that occurred on or before Thursday, September 14, 2023).
What about Telephone Banking?
The Wolf Line telephone banking will have a new number on Monday, September 18, 2023!

The new Wolf Line telephone banking will come online the morning of Monday, September 18, 2023. When calling into the new system for the first time on or after Monday, September 18, 2023, you will:
Will other mobile payment apps still work?
Apps like Venmo or PayPal that use AFT (Automatic Funds Transfer) will not be available until Saturday, September 16, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm CST.
Will my current debit card work after the upgrade?
You should have received a new debit card. Your old debit card no longer worked after Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Activate and begin using your new debit card. To activate your new card, call 877-965-3344, follow the prompts and set your PIN.

What new features are available with the new debit card?
Can I choose my new debit card design?
Not initially. Debit card users will receive our sleek “Geometric Blue” contactless, vertical debit card approximately 7-10 days prior to the system upgrade.
If you’d like a different card design, there will be a $10 fee to have a new card instantly printed for you in-branch. New cards will become available in branches starting Monday, September 18.
Will my account statement cycle remain the same?
Beginning in October, all Checking statements will continue to cut on the 15th of each month, and Savings statements will cut at the end of each quarter.
If I currently receive eStatements, will I have to re-enroll on the new system?
No. You will not have to fully re-enroll, but you will have to accept the electronic delivery agreement before you can continue receiving eStatements.
Will check images be available in the new system?
Check images will be available for all new transactions, but will not be visible for transactions that took place prior to the system change (anything that occurred on or before Thursday, September 14, 2023).
I use Quicken, Quickbooks, or Mint Financial Software. Will anything change?
After the system upgrade, there will be a 5-day interruption in service, but once available, you’ll have access to an enhanced list of financial software.
Will there be a separate Business Banking app?
Good news! You’ll be able to see all of your account information (both business and personal) on the new Wolf River Mobile Banking app, so be sure to download it from your phone’s app store.
